The homemade video reportedly features the socialite, reality show star and heiress to the Hilton hotel fortune having sex with Rick Solomon, who went on to marry former Charmed actress Shannen Doherty in 2002.

The recording was made three years ago while Solomon and Hilton, then 19, were dating, Garber said.

As for Solomon, who recently launched a clothing and video venture titled Beverly Hills Pimps & Hos, which is described as an A-list version of Girls Gone Wild, one would think the leaked sex tape would serve as marketing gold--particularly since he bragged about the tape's existence earlier in the year.
