Paris Hilton - who has already weathered the worldwide circulation of a graphic photo of her exiting a car minus her panties - is now starring in an amateur porno, a la Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee, reports The New York Post.
The Post, which claims to have received a copy of the tape from "an anonymous donor, who may be planning to sell the tape over the Internet," doesn't pin the leak on Solomon, but quotes a Hilton spokesperson as saying "This was something she did with Rick while they were dating, after he was no longer with Shannen, and it was something that was intended for their own personal use. This tape was never intended to be viewed by the public and it is in poor taste that someone has decided to release it."

The tape, reportedly shot three years ago, when Hilton was a barely-legal 19 and Solomon was 30, is a grainy, night-vision glimpse into a session of mattress frolicking between the two. The version making the rounds online is purportedly an excerpt of a much longer video.

Solomon's lawyer, Marty Singer, told Celebrity Justice that his client was not involved with leaking the tape, and that Thrasher took the tape from Solomon's home, copied it and returned it without his knowledge. Singer said Solomon has a police report alleging the theft and plans to sue Thrasher.
